Biography
Born on November 7, 1978 in the village of Stepnyak, Amangeldy district, Kostanay region. He has two higher education degrees in psychology and law.
From 2004 to 2017, he worked in the Office of the mayor of Kostanay. He started his career as the chief specialist of the General Department, worked as the head of the Department of organizational and control work, head of the Office of the mayor of Kostanay.
From may 2018 to March 2019, he worked as Deputy Regional Director of JSC NC KAZAKH INVEST in Kostanay region.
Since March 2019, he has been working as a Deputy head Of the Department of entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development of the Kostanay region akimat.
