Biography
Born in 1975 in the village of Pokrovka, Denisovsky District, Kostanay Region.
In 1996, he graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University with a degree in Software for Computer Engineering and Automated Control Systems.
In 2004, he graduated from Chelyabinsk State University with a degree in Law.
He began his professional career in 1996 as a school teacher in Taranovsky District.
From 1996 to 2005, he worked in the education system, serving as a School Principal, Deputy Head, Head of the Taranovsky District Education Department, Chief Specialist, and Head of a Department within the Education Department of Kostanay Region.
From 2005 to 2013, he worked as a Chief Specialist, Chief Inspector, and Head of a Department in the Office of the Akim of Kostanay Region.
From 2013 to 2022, he held managerial positions at the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanay Region.
From 2022 to 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region.
From December 2023 to March 2025, he was Head of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region.
Since April 2025, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region.
