Biography
I began my service in the penitentiary system in 2002 as a unit commander at an institution in the Pavlodar Region.
Subsequently, I held an operational position at the same institution.
Later, I served in the Department of the Penitentiary System and also worked in the field of theological services within the Committee of the Penitentiary System.
My last held position was Deputy Head of the Operational Department of the Committee of the Penitentiary System.
