Biography
Madiyar Beisenovich Zhakhin was born on 12 November 1990 in Tselinograd. He has completed higher education.
In 2014, he graduated from the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2024, he graduated from Esil University.
Career
2008–2010 — studied at the Pavlodar Law College of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010–2015 — served in various positions at an institution under the Department of the Penitentiary System for the city of Astana.
2015–2019 — served in the central office of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of technical support, informatization and communications.
2019–2020 — served in the Department of Special and Mobilization Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2020 — has headed the specialized division of the Committee of the Penitentiary System responsible for informatization and communications. He currently serves as Head of the Department of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
