Born in 1975 in Shymkent, South Kazakhstan Region
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in law; Karaganda Economic University with a degree in economics
Work Experience
1997–2006 — Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Department of Internal Affairs of the South Kazakhstan Region.
2007 — Chief Specialist, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies.
2007–2008 — Head of the City Transport Control Department, Transport Control Division for East Kazakhstan Region.
2008–2009 — Head of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Council of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Aktobe Region.
2009–2016 — Deputy Head of the Department for Financial Monitoring, Almaty.
2016–2018 — Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for Zhambyl Region.
2021–2022 — Deputy Head of the Department of State Property and Privatization, Almaty.
