Biography
Esembekov Kenzhegazy Mukazhanovich was born in 1977 in the Karaganda region. In 2000, he graduated from the Zhezkazgan Mining and Technical Institute Baikonurova O.A.graduated from the Karaganda State University named after Buketov E.A. with a degree in law in 2003 and gualified as a lawyer.
He started his career in 1996 in the state revenue authorities. He held senior positions in the Departments of State Revenue in Almaty, Almaty region, Zhambyl region, Nur Sultan,Turkestan region.
Since May 18, 2022, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
