Shanaev Beken Utegenovich

Shanaev Beken Utegenovich was born on February 12, 1967 in the village of Kulsary, Kazakh, higher education.

In 1996 he graduated from the Karaganda State Institute, specializing in economics.

He began his career in 1988 as an accountant. In 1989, he worked as an economist for state revenues in the Emba district financial department. From 1990 to 2000, he held positions in tax authorities in the Emba district.In 2000-2001, he was the chairman of the tax committee for the Makat district, in 2001-2002, he was the deputy chairman of the tax committee for the Atyrau region, in 2002-2003, he was the head of the department.

In 2003-2004, he was the chairman of the tax committee for the Makat district.

In 2013-2014, he was the chairman of the tax committee for the Isatai district.

In 2014-2017, he was the deputy head of the Tax Committee for the city of Atyrau.

In 2017-2018, he worked as the head of the State Revenue Department for the Makhambet district.In 2018-2021, he was the head of the State Revenue Department for the Zhyloisky District.
