Shakenov Kairat Tolenovich

Shakenov Kairat Tolenovich was born on March 4, 1980 in the Almaty region of Enbekshikaazh district, the village of Karaturyk. In 2010 he graduated from the Parasat Institute with a degree in computer engineering and software. In 2023 he graduated from the International Transport and Humanitarian University with a degree in law.
