Head of the Department of Information Work and Media Monitoring at the Department of Internal Policy of the Abai Region
Biography
Duman Serikuly Eshengazin was born in 1993 in the city of Semey.
In 2016, he graduated from Shakarim State University with a degree in History. In 2018, he obtained a Master’s degree in Humanities from Shakarim State University.
He began his professional career in 2017 as a history teacher at Public School-Lyceum No. 7 in the city of Semey.
Over the years, he worked as a Chief Specialist and Head of Sector at the Public Institution “Internal Policy Department of the city of Semey,” East Kazakhstan Region.
From September 21, 2022, to February 29, 2024, he served as Head of the Department of Information Policy and Media Monitoring at the Department of Public Development of the Abai Region.
Since March 1, 2024, he has been the Head of the Department of Policy and Media Monitoring at the Department of Internal Policy of the Abai Region.
