Biography
Gulnur Niyazbekkyzy Ydyrysheva was born on September 2, 1991. In 2012, she graduated from the Kazakh University of Humanities, Law and Innovation with a degree in "Public and Local Administration".
From 2012 to 2015, she worked as a translator, inspector, and senior specialist in the Internal Policy Department of the Kokpektinsky District.
From 2015 to 2022, she served as the chief specialist of the Internal Policy Department of the city of Semey.
Since 2022, she has been the Head of the Department for Youth Affairs and Civil Society Institutions at the Department of Internal Policy of the Abai Region.
