Ali Rustam

Born in 1984 in the Almaty Region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and I. Zhansuguru Zhetysu State University.

2006: Began his career as a correspondent for the "Delovaya Nedelya" newspaper.

2006 – 2011: Correspondent, Editor, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the "Delovaya Nedelya" newspaper.

2011 – 2012: Director of the State Communal Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Zhetisu Zhaqtary" Youth Center.

2012: Director of the Youth Policy Center of the Almaty Region.

2012: Akim of the Kainarly Rural District of the Almaty Region.

2012 – 2016: Head of the Youth Policy Department of the Almaty Region.

2016 – 2020: Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Almaty Region.

2020 – 2021: Deputy Akim of the Almaty Region.

2021 – 2022: Akim of the Eskeldi District of the Almaty Region.

2022 – 2023: Deputy Akim of the Zhetisu Region.

2024 – 2026: Chairman of the Committee of Archives, Documentation and Book Publishing of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2026, he has served as Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
