Born in 1986 in Kapshagai.

Higher education.In 2008, he graduated from the Kazakh economic university named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in finance, in 2016-Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in law, in 2017-Master's degree in state and local administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He started his career in 2008 as a trainee inspector in the Accounts Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for control over the execution of the Republican budget.
