Biography
Seilbek Abiurovich Iskakov was born on May 26, 1963, in the village of Kosagash, Shubartau District, Semipalatinsk Region.
In 1993, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute with a degree in veterinary medicine.
He began his professional career in 1983 as a veterinary doctor at the “Sarykamysky” state farm in the Shubartau District.
1987–1988 – Head of a farm at the “Sarykamysky” sheep-breeding state farm, Shubartau District, Semipalatinsk Region, village of Bidayyk
1988–1994 – Foreman of a sheep-breeding team at the “Sarykamysky” sheep-breeding state farm, Shubartau District, Semipalatinsk Region
