Biography
He was born in 1972 in the Almaty region.
In 1992 he graduated from the Almaty Film College, in 1998 from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
He began his career in 1989 as a video film engineer at the Almaty Film College.
In 1992-1994, he was a collective farmer of the Toguzbulak collective farm of the Kegen district.
