Memelbekov Makat Temergalievich

Makat Temergalievich Memelbekov was born on February 11, 1988 in the village of Kyrbaltabay, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region. He graduated from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics with a degree in state and local administration, economics and business.

• He started his career in 2011 as a chief specialist of the office of the Akim of Irgeli rural district, Irgeli village, Karasai district, Almaty region.
• From 2021 to 2013, he worked as a chief specialist of the department of organizational and personnel work of the office of the Akim of Karasay district, Kaskelen city of Karasay district of Almaty region.
• From 2013 to 2014, he worked as an assistant to the akim of Karasay district, Kaskelen city of Karasay district of Almaty region.
• From 2015 to 2016, he worked as the head of the organizational department of the office of the akim of the Karasai district.
• From 2016 to 2018, Head of the Administrative and Legal Department of the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty region.
• From 2018 to 2020, the chief inspector of the Akim of Almaty region, the Department of organizational and inspection work of the Akim's Office of Almaty region.
• From 2020 to 2021, Head of the Department of External Relations and Protocol of the Office of the Akim of Almaty region.
• Since 07.06.2021, Head of the office of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district.
