Abdrakhmanov Murat Kairgeldinovich

Abdrakhmanov Murat Kairgeldinovich was born on July 08, 1971 in the city of Tselinograd, Tselinograd region.

Higher education. In 1996, he graduated from Akmola Agrarian University with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2003, he graduated from the Financial Police Academy with a degree in law. In 2017, he completed his master's degree at the Financial University.

He began his career in November 1994 as an inspector of the passenger department of the Customs Administration in the Akmola region of Astana.

From December 1998 to January 2002 – Chief inspector of the customs post "Airport" of the Main Customs Administration in Astana.

From January 2002 to December 2004 - Chief Inspector of the Petropavlovsk Customs Clearance Center of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From December 2004 to March 2008 – Head of the Petropavlovsk-Avto customs post of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From April 2008 to August 2010 - Head of the customs post "Energetiy" of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From August 2010 to October 2013 – Head of the customs post "Petropavlovsk–Center for Customs clearance" of the Department of Customs Control in the North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk.

From October 2013 to November 2014, he was the head of the customs post "Astana-Customs Clearance Center" of the Customs Control Department for Astana of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From November 2014 to November 2015 - Head of the customs post "Astana–Customs Clearance Center" of the Department of State Revenue in Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From November 2015 to February 2017, he was the Head of the Post-Customs Control Department No. 2 of the Audit Department of the State Revenue Department for the City of Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From February 2017 to May 2018, he was the Head of the On-site Customs Inspections Department of the Post-Customs Control Department of the State Revenue Department for the city of Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 2018 to November 2020 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Almaty of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From November 2020 to December 2023 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Turkestan region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since December 11, 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Abai region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2020, he was awarded the Yerligi Ushin Medal, in 2016 - the Jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasyn tauelsizdigine 25 zhyl".
