Mukhametkaliev Kuanysh Shotayevich was born on May 20, 1976 in the city of Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk region.
Higher education. In 1994, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College named after R.Baiseitov with a degree in finance. In 1999, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Financial Institute with a degree in economics. In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University with a degree in jurisprudence.
