Raimkulov Kairat Mirbolatovich

Born in 1988 in Aktobe Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Marketing, and from Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a degree in Law.

Began his professional career in 2010 as a Leading Specialist of the Internal Control Division of the Finance Department of Aktobe Region.

2011–2012 – Chief Specialist, Budget Coordination and Analysis Division, Finance Department of Aktobe Region;

2012–2013 – Chief Specialist, Human Resources and Organizational Affairs Division, Akimat of Aktobe City;

2013–2015 – Head of the Organizational Affairs Division, Akimat of Aktobe City;

2016 – Head of the Economy and Finance Department of Aktobe City;

2016–2017 – Chief of Staff of the Akim of Aktobe City;

2017 – Chief Inspector and Head of the Organizational, Inspection and Analytical Division of the Akimat of Aktobe Region;

2017–2018 – Deputy Head of the Finance Department of Aktobe Region;

2018–2020 – Deputy Head of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Aktobe Region;

2020 – Appointed Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship of Aktobe Region;

2020–2021 – Head of the Finance Department of Aktobe Region;

2021–2023 – Chief of Staff of the Akim of Aktobe Region;

Since 2024 – Head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Aktobe Region.
