I Koshkinbayev Gani Adibekovich was born on October 24, 1970 in the village of Lunagarka, Zhualy district, Zhambyl region. In 1972, he moved to the village of Maitobe, Talas district. In 1978, he studied at the A. Dauletbekov secondary school in the 1st grade, in 1988 he graduated from the 10th grade. In 1989 I was drafted into the army, and in 1991 I fulfilled my duty.
