Me Kuatbekov Yerzhan Aitbekovich was born on September 11, 1986 in the village of Maitobe, Talas district, Zhambyl region.
In 1992-2003, he graduated from the A. Dauletbekov Secondary School in the village of Maitobe.
In 2003-2007 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev with a degree in management.
