Abaev Алибек Kenzhebulatovich

Alibek Kenzhebulatovich Akbayev was born on June 2, 1993 in the village of Zhanasu, Ruzaevsky district, Kokchetav region.
In 2015, he graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Shokan Ualikhanov, majoring in history teacher.
In 2019, he graduated from Abai Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University with a degree in Law.
Not married.

He began his career in September 2013 as an educator at the Kokshetau medical and Social institution for children with impaired musculoskeletal system function.
From October 2015 to October 2017, he worked as the chief specialist of the office of the akim of the Shukyrkol rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region.
From October 2017 to January 2019, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of employment and social programs of the Akimat of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region.
From January 2019 to June 2019, he was the chief specialist - assistant to the deputy akim of the district for economics and entrepreneurship of the office of the akim of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region.
From June 2019 to June 2020, he was the chief specialist on youth policy issues at the office of the akim of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region.

From June 2020 to August 2023, he worked as an adviser to the akim of the district on youth policy issues of the office of the akim of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region.

From August 2023 to May 2024, he worked as the chief inspector of the akim of the district on youth policy issues of the office of the akim of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region.
