Municipal state Institution “Office of Akim of the Chervonny rural district of the Akimat of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region”

Formation of strategic goals and priorities, the main directions of socio-economic and socio-political development of the region; - development of highly qualified personnel of the civil service of the office of the akim of the rural district, meeting modern management requirements and having the necessary potential to implement the tasks set by the Head of State, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the akims of the region and the district;- introduction of new approaches to working with documents: reduction of document flow, use of new information technologies, work within the framework of the development of the "electronic akimat", as part of the provision of public services to the population, improvement of work with letters, applications from citizens, regular organization of meetings with residents of the rural district;- contributing to the improvement of the organization of activities, creating conditions for the provision of public services aimed at ensuring the rights, freedoms, protection of legitimate interests and meeting the needs of individuals and legal entities, their observance, protection of state interests, effective regulation of socially significant public relations based on best practices and positive experience;- the developed and accessible information and telecommunication infrastructure of the "electronic Akimat", integrated into the global information community and contributing to improving the quality of public administration of local executive bodies.
