Biography
Born on June 10, 1990, in the Kostanay Region.
In 2012, he graduated from the Eurasian Humanities Institute.
2013: Began his career as an expert at the Audit and Control Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2013 – 2022: Held various positions within the structures of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
January 2022 – October 2023: Expert and Consultant at the Internal Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
November 2023 – August 2024: Director of the Department of International Relations and Protocol of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
August 2024 – July 2026: Deputy Chairman of the Culture Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since July 2026: Chairman of the Culture Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
