She was born on June 29, 1990 in Abay district of the East Kazakhstan region.

In 2011, she graduated from L.N.Gumilyov Euration national university with a degree in «International relations».

In 2017 she graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovative University with a degree in Jurisprudence. Qualification - Master of Laws.
