Biography
She was born on February 23, 1970 in Kuigan village in Kurchum district of East Kazakhstan.
In 1993, she graduated from East Kazakhstan State University by Sarsen Amanzholov, for the specialty “Kazakh language and literature”
In 2004 she graduated from Central-Asian University, for the specialty "Jurisprudence".
She has Higher education.
1993-1999– a teacher at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan state technical university
2000-2003– a chief specialist – translator of East Kazakhstan
regional court.
2003-2005– a judicial consultant for court administrators of East Kazakhstan.
2005-2010 - a chief specialist of Department of Language Development of East Kazakhstan region.
2010-2020 – head of division of Department of Language Development of East Kazakhstan region.
From 23 June 2020, she was appointed head of Department of Language Development of East Kazakhstan region.
