Biography
Born on May 9, 1977, in Balkhash, Dzhezkazgan region.
Education – Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the program of the All-Russian Military Academy in 1998 (command tactical tank forces)
National Defense University in 2005 (Military and Administrative Management Faculty, Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, National Defense University in 2022 (strategic management in military affairs)
He is married and has 1 child.
He passed all the levels of military service from lieutenant to colonel.
From 1998 to 2018, he served in various positions from platoon commander to commander of a military unit .
From October 2018 to September 2019, he was Deputy Commander of the Regional Command (for Combat Training), Head of the Combat Training Department of the Military Commander's Office of the Zapad RGC
Since July 2022, he has been Chief of Staff, First Deputy Commander of the Vostok Regional Command.
On November 14, 2023, by order of the Head of State, he was appointed commander of the troops of the Vostok regional command
In May 2025, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the military rank of Major General.
