Biography
1) Republican military boarding school in Almaty in 1994.
2) Baltic Naval Institute (automatic control systems for marine equipment) in 1999.
3) N.G. Kuznetsov Naval Academy (management of military units and formations) in 2010.
Military rank: Captain of the 1st rank (2016).
Born in Ayaguz, Semipalatinsk region. Kazakh SSR (now the Abai region).
He worked his way up from Assistant commander of a patrol ship in the maritime units of the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Chief of the General Staff – First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On August 15, 2025, by order of the Head of State, he was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
