Biography
Tayshybayev Rassul Kospolatovich was born on March 1, 1990, in Beyneu village, Beyneu district, Mangystau region. Education – higher. In 2011, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in “State and Local Administration”. In 2015, he graduated from Sh. Yessenov Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering with a degree in “Jurisprudence”.
