Asanova Munlykhan Iskakovna

Born on January 10, 1961 in Akzhar settlement of Tarbagatai district of East Kazakhstan region.

In 1978 graduated from A.S. Makarenko Secondary School of Priozerny settlement of Tarbagatai district.

In 1978-1981 - studied at Pedagogical College of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

In 1982-1987 - studied at the State Pedagogical Institute of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

In 1981-1987 – a primary school teacher of S.Ualikhanov Secondary School of Tarbagatai district;

In 1987-1990 - Director of the House of Pioneers of Tarbagatai District Education Department.

In 1990-1995 - Head of Methodical Study of Tarbagatai District Education Department.

In 1995-2005 - Head of Preschool and Primary Education Study of East Kazakhstan Regional Institute for Teachers’ Professional Development;

In 2005-2009 – a chief expert of License and Certification Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region

On March 25, 2009 was appointed Head of Special, Additional Education and Educational Work Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

Since September 13, 2012 - Director of Shygys Regional Center.

Awards, honorary titles:

In 2014 won the Y. Altynsarin Award for significant successes in organization and improvement of educational and pedagogic processes, ensuring the unity of training and upbringing, implementing educational and upbringing programs;

In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 was awarded certificates of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for contribution to the development of the education system and upbringing of the younger generation;

In 2017 was awarded a Letter of Thanks of the Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region for contribution to the development of the education system and upbringing of the younger generation;

In 2018 was awarded for active civic position, implementation of the goals and objectives of Nur Otan Party Program and contribution to the implementation of the policy of Elbasy, the Chair of the Party N. Nazarbayev.

In 2016 was awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Anniversary Medal “25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”;

Implementing breakthrough regional projects to develop trilingual education, digitalization, inclusive education and development of small schools.

Within the framework of Rukhani Zhangyru Program, since 2017 has been heading the regional unique project “Implementation of trilingual education” and the republican subproject “Ustazym - maktanyshim”, a manager of the regional project “Improving the quality of education in a small school”.

Systematically and efficiently organizing and conducting the republican competition “Best teacher”. Over the years of the competition, 15 teachers of East Kazakhstan region were the owners of the republican title “Best Teacher”.

In turn, the regional competition “Best education institution” is organized and held, annually the winners of the competition (1 education institution) are awarded a grant from Akim of East Kazakhstan region.

Books published: “Pedagogical dynasty of East Kazakhstan region”, “Management in education of East Kazakhstan region”, “Book of teacher's glory of East Kazakhstan region”, “Small stories of a big house”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Naualy Orphanage of Urjar district, over 100 guidelines and more than 200 collections and disks.

“Reserve School of Young Teachers” has been operating since 2014 in the region in order to ensure the continuity of generations as well as to train qualified specialists who are ready for the leadership positions in educational institutions. More than 250 young teachers, of whom more than 170 ones are already holding leadership positions, graduated from this School.
