Kaliakparov Maksat Kairzhanovich

He was born in 1980 in the Karaganda region. Graduated from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

He started his career in 2000 as a specialist in customs issues of RSE "MTO Base of the UDP RK". Over the years, he worked in commercial and quasi-governmental structures; as an engineer at the Aktau International Commercial Sea Port; held various positions in the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
