Biography
Born June 3, 1996, in Arkalyk, Kostanay region. He holds a higher education degree and graduated from the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University in 2020 with a degree in Land Management.
From November 13, 2020 to April 19, 2021 – Chief Specialist, State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Arkalyk City Akimat."
From April 20, 2021 to February 14, 2023 – Chief Specialist, Department of Land Relations, State Institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Kostanay Region Akimat."
From August 1, 2023 to June 18, 2024 – Chief Specialist, Department of State Control over Land Use and Protection – State Inspector, State Institution "Department of Land Resources Management of the Kostanay Region, Land Resources Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
From June 19, 2024 to August 2, 2024 – Chief Specialist, Engineer-Inspector, State Institution "Department of Agriculture of the Karabalyk District Akimat."
From August 5, 2024, to October 22, 2024, he served as Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of the Karabalyk District."
From October 23, 2024, to February 27, 2024, he served as Head of the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of the Karabalyk District."
On February 28, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the Karabalyk District.
