Biography
Was born on March 13, 1982.
Higher education. In 2003 he graduated from Aktobe Medical College with a degree in "Medical business".
In 2007 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in "land surveyor, land cadastre and real estate appraiser".
He started his career in 2003 as a specialist of the Temir District Sanitary Supervision Department;
2003-2004 paramedic of the "first aid department" of the Temir Central District Hospital, 2004-2005 instructor in TEMIR LLP, 2007-2008 specialist in the Temir district branch of the Aktobe SPC of the Earth, 2008-2012 director-DGC of the SPC of the Earth, 2012-2016 head of the Temir district cadastral branch, 2016-2019 director of the Temir district branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" worked as head of the department of cadastre and state registration of real estate.
On November 20, 2019, he was appointed akim of Zhaksybaysky rural okrug of Temirsky district of Aktobe region.
On June 5, 2023, he was appointed deputy akim of the Temir district.
