He was born on March 28, 1994 in the village of Kenkiyak, Temir district, Aktobe region.

- In 2013, he graduated from Aktobe College of Economics, Statistics and Computer Science with a degree in " Accounting and Auditing";

- In 2018, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in " Accounting and Auditing".

- 2013-2014 - Sales Manager of " DarynElitStroy" LLP;

- 2014-2015 - Intern of youth practice at " Temirsky District Finance Department";

- 2015-2016 - Leading Specialist of the " Temirsky District Department of Housing and Communal Services , Passenger Transport and Highways";

- 2016-2018 - Chief Specialist of the " Temirsky District Department of Housing and Communal Services , Passenger Transport and Highways";

- 2018-2020 - Head of the Sector of the State Institution "Public Procurement Department of Aktobe";

- 2020-2021 - Deputy Head of the State Institution " Aktobe City Public Procurement Department";

- On June 2, 2025, he was appointed deputy akim of the Temir district.
