Biography
Kabidoldina Nurgaini Nurlybekovna was born on January 11, 1969 in the village of Mynbulak, Ayagoz district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1991 she graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy with a degree in finance and credit.
She started her career in 1992 as the chief economist of the budget department of the district finance department.
1994-2006 Chief Specialist of the Accounting and Reporting Department of the Zaisan District Finance Department;
2006 Chief Specialist of the Department of Coordination and Expertise of the budget execution process of the Zaisan District Financial Department;
2006-2008 Chief Specialist of the Finance Department of Zaisansky district;
2008-2009 Chief specialist-accountant of the Financial and economic Department of the Akim's office of the Zaisan district;
2009-2010 Chief Specialist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Zaisansky district;
2010 Head of the Sector of the Zaisan District Department of Economics and Budget Planning;
2010 - .2015 Chief Specialist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Zaisansky district;
2015 Head of the Sector of the Department of Economics and Finance of Zaisansky district;
2015-2023 Head of the Department of Economics and Finance of Zaisansky district;
Since July 05, 2023, he has held the position of deputy akim of the Zaisan district.
