Epbaeva Aigul

Aigul Epbayeva was born on November 23, 1964 in Samarskoye village of Kokpektin district of East Kazakhstan region.

In 1986 she graduated from Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy on labor economics.

In 2000 she graduated from the Academy of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state and municipal management.

She began her career in February 1986 as an economist of the Wages Division of the Department of Labor Rationing and Wages of the State Labor Committee of the KazSSR.

In September 1988, she worked as an economist of the Non-Productive Industries Division of the Department of Labor Rationing and Wages of the State Labor Committee of the KazSSR.

In October 1988, she worked as a senior specialist of the Department of legal issues, information and sociological research of the Consolidated Economic Department of the State Committee of the KazSSR on Labor.

In 1988-1990. - In 1988-1990 she was appointed head of the Planning and Production Department of KazNPO Fishery.

From 1990-1996. - From 1990-1996, she was Deputy Director for Economics of the Small Production Implementation Enterprise “Ili”.

In 1996, she worked as Chief Economist of the Department of Construction and Investment Statistics of the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics and Analysis.

In 1997, she worked as Chief Economist of the Main Department of Industry and Construction Statistics of the National Statistical Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1997-1998. - Head of the Investment Statistics Division of the Department of Construction and Investment Statistics of the National Statistical Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
