Biography
Gulmira Akhmettaeva was born on October 3, 1978 in Almaty region.
In 2017, she graduated from the University of Joint Stock Company «Financial Academy« as a financier.
She started her career in 1999 as a leading specialist in the Office of the Minister of State Revenue.
In 2000, she worked as a chief specialist of the Internal Protocol Department of the Ministry of State Revenue
From 2000 to 2002 - Chief Specialist of the Department for Monitoring the Activities of structural Units
In 2002, she worked as a chief specialist of the Analysis and Control Department
From 2002 to 2006 - Deputy Head of the Excise Administration Department
In 2008, she worked as a chief of staff in the NGO «Kazakhstan Tonel Association»
In 2009 she worked as the chief expert of the Department of expertise of budget investment projects of JSC «Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership»
In 2010 she worked as the chief expert of the Department of PPP Development of JSC «Kazakhstan Center» of the public-private partner
