Born on July 03, 1977 in the village of Medvedka, Katon-Karagai district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1998, he graduated from the Higher Border Command School of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Management of operational and combat activities of units.
