Zhakitov Serik Murzavalievich

He was born on January 7^th , 1989 in the village of Ulken Naryn, Katon-Karagai region.

In 2010 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Finance. In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Law.

From February to July 2011, he worked as an assistant specialist in the Department of Employment and social programs of the Katon-Karagai district.

From July 2011 to August 2012, he worked as a chief specialist at the employment center of the Katon-Karagay district.

From August 2012 to September 2014, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Finance Department of the Katon-Karagai district.

From September 2014 to March 2017, he worked as the chief specialist of the organizational and control department of the Akim's office of the Katon-Karagai district.

From March 2017 to September 2018, he held the position of head of the organizational and control department of the Akim's office of the Katon-Karagai district.

From September 2018 to August 2019, he held the position of akim of Ulken Naryn rural District.

From August 2019 to November 2020, he worked as the head of the Department of Land Relations of the Katon-Karagay district.

From November 2020 to January 2023, he held the position of Chief Inspector of the organizational and inspection Department of the office of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region.

From January 2023 to June 2023, he held the position of Chief Inspector of the Department of organizational and territorial work of the office of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region.

In 2023, by the order of the akim of Katon-Karagai district dated June 13^th , he was appointed to the post of deputy akim of Katon-Karagai district.
