Biography
Zhenis Abayevich Manambayev was born in 1980 in Karatobinsky rural district of Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region.
In 2000 he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in History and Geography.
He began his career in 2015 as the director of secondary school No. 229, located in the Karatobinsky rural district of Zhanakorgansky district, where he worked until June 2023.
Since June 26, 2023, he has held the position of akim of the Karatobe rural district.
