Biography
Higher education, graduated from Akmola Agrarian University. S. Seifullin, Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz, University of Turan-Astana.
He began his career in 2000 at the Financial and Economic Customs. In 2002, he was appointed to the post of leading inspector of the non-trade control department of the Main Directorate for the Organization of Customs Control and Customs Regimes of the TC MHD RK. He worked as a leading, chief inspector, head of departments for organizing customs control, control in non-trade turnover of the Department for Organization of Customs Control. From 2011 to 2012, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Customs Control Department.
In 2012-2014 worked as deputy head of customs "Dostyk," head of customs "Korgas," head of customs "Kordai," deputy head of the Customs Control Department in the Kyzylorda region.
Since 2014, he worked as the head of the department for organizing customs control, customs procedures and customs clearance, the methodology of customs procedures and declaration.
Currently, he holds the position of Head of the Administration of Customs Procedures and Cleaning Department of the Control Department of the SRC MF RK.
