Espenbetov Rollan Manarbekovich

Espenbetov Rollan Manarbekovich was born in 1988 in the Kyzylorda region.
Higher education, in 2011 he graduated from the Kazakh Main Architectural and Construction Academy of the International Educational Corporation with a degree in construction, in 2013 Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University with a degree in Law and in 2021 Narkhoz University with a degree in Business Administration.

He started his career in 2008 as a marketing engineer at Promstroyservice LLC.
From 2011 to February 2012-engineer of Promstroyservice LLC;
From February 2012 to May 2014-AutoCAD, Chief Engineer-Designer of Abzal project Consulting LLC;
From 2014 to February 2015-legal consultant of the Department of State architectural and construction Control and licensing for Kyzylorda region of the Committee for construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From February 2015 to April 2018, Legal Adviser, Chief Specialist, Head of the Department of licensing and certification of the Department of State architectural and construction control of Kyzylorda region;
From April 2018 to August 2018, leading specialist, Chief Specialist of the Department of Corruption Prevention of the Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption in the Kyzylorda region;
