Biography
Sarmenbayev Berik Abdygapparovich was born in 1963 in Kyzylorda region.
Higher education, in 1985 he graduated from the Almaty Institute of architecture and civil engineering with a degree in civil engineering.
He started his career in 1985 as a master in the trust of RSU" Kaztorgstroy".
Since 1994, he has held responsible positions. In particular,:

He held the position of deputy head of the Department of energy and housing and communal services of Kyzylorda region.
On May 24, 2022 - he was appointed deputy akim of Syrdarya district;
