Biography
Shaitov Bakytzhan Meirkhanovich was born on July 18, 1973 in the Priozerny village of Tarbagatai district of the East Kazakhstan region, Kazakh, higher education, in 1995 he graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Road Institute with a degree in Economics and Management in Infrastructure.
He began his career after serving in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1997 in the Tax Committee for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, where he worked as a tax inspector, senior, chief tax inspector. In 2003 - 2005, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the East Kazakhstan Region. Since 2005, he has been working in the Finance Department of the East Kazakhstan Region, first as a chief specialist, since February 2011 as the head of the department for accounting and reporting of investment projects and lending, and since August 2019, as the head of the department for accounting and reporting of investment projects.
