Shakhmetova Asemgul Serikovna

Shakhmetova Asemgul Serikovna was born on February 14, 1981 in the village of Bolshaya Vladimirovka, Beskaragai district of the East Kazakhstan region, Kazakh, higher education, in 2003 she graduated from M. Auezov Semipalatinsk University with a degree in Economics and Accounting.

She began her career in 2000 as an accountant in the Beskaragai district branch of the People’s Bank. From 2002 to 2004, she worked as a leading specialist of the State Department "Finance Department of the Beskaragai District", from 2004 to 2006 in the Office of the Akim of the Beskaragai District in the following positions: Chief Specialist-Accountant, Head of the Department, from 2006 to 2007 - Head of the State Department "Economics and budget planning of the Beskaragai region ”, from 2007 to 2008 - chief specialist in the Finance Department of the East Kazakhstan region, from 2010 to 2011 the head of the department in the Construction Department of the East Kazakhstan region, the head of the department in the Economy Department Miki and budget planning of the East Kazakhstan region. In November 2011, she was appointed head of the department for accounting and monitoring of expenditures of state bodies, defense and law and order of the Finance Department of the East Kazakhstan region, and in August 2019, she was appointed head of the department of accounting and monitoring of expenses of government bodies, defense, law and order and social institutions.
