Akbayev Bolat Zholdasbayevich was born on January 24, 1979 in the village of Progress of Zhitikarinsky district of Kostanay region. Higher education, in 2002 graduated from Kostanay Social Academy, in 2008 graduated from Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after Z.Adamzhar.
