Biography
Iskakov Nurlan Ormanbekovich was born on 12.05.1980 in the city of Zhitikara, Kostanay region. Higher education, graduated from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov in 2001.
Iskakov Nurlan Ormanbekovich has been chairman of the district maslikhat since March 2023, deputy of the district maslikhat of the 8th convocation.
From September 2001 to August 2009, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Kamystinsky district of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region;
From June 2010 to January 2013, the State Security Bureau of the Lisakovsky division of Group 4SK LLP for the protection of the facilities of Shaimerden JSC;
From January 2013 to October 2013 - employee under the contract of the State Institution "Kamystinsky District Department of Education";
From October 2013 to February 2015 - Chief Specialist on personnel work of the State Institution "Kamystinsky District Department of Education";
Since February 2015 - Acting Director of the KSU "Employment Center of the Akimat of Kamystinsky district";
From October 2019 to March 2023 - Director of the KSU "Employment Center of the Akimat of Kamystinsky district";
From March 2023 to the present – Chairman of the Kamystinsky district maslikhat.
