Biography
Born in December 3, 1978 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region, a Russian.
Higher education: in 2001 she graduated from the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev, specialty - city cadastre (qualification - engineer on cadastre), and in 2011- the same university majoring in economics (qualification - bachelor of economics).
She was awarded the jubilee medal “25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
