Chukayev Seisengazy Zhumagaliyevich

Was born on June 17, 1966, a Kazakh, was born in Novo-Troitsk village, Urzhar district, Semipalatinsk region. Higher education: graduated from the Kazakh State Management Academy, specialty ”Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities”, Kazakh State Law Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence. He has been working in the public service for more than 25 years

1990-1995 - tax inspector, senior tax inspector, head of the State Tax Inspection Department , the Urzhar district

1995-1997 - head of the Tax Inspectorate , the Abralinsky District

1997-2002 - acting head of the Tax Department for the Zharma region,

chairman of the tax committee for the Zharma region

2002-2004 - acting deputy chairman of the East Kazakhstan Tax Committee, deputy chairman of the East Kazakhstan Tax Committee

2004 - deputy chairman of the Tax Committee, Ust-Kamenogorsk

2004-2007 - chairman of the Tax Committee, Urzhar district

2007-2011 - deputy akim of Urzhar District

2011-2015 - member of the Internal Audit Commission in the East Kazakhstan region

2015-2018 - akim of the Kurchum district of the East Kazakhstan region

Since June 2018, he has been appointed Head of the Department of Land Use and Protection of East Kazakhstan region
