Smagzamova Nazgul Kabykenovna

Smagzamova Nazgul Kabykenovna was born on January 20, 1971 in Komsomol village of the Tarbagatai district of the East Kazakhstan region. She is Kazakh and has higher education. In 2003 she graduated from the Kazakhstan-American Free University with a degree “Economist-manager”.

She began her career in 1990 as an accountant in the Lastinsky state farm of the Tarbagatai district of the East Kazakhstan region. From 1992-2013, she worked in institutions and enterprises of the East Kazakhstan region as an accountant, from 2013-2015 she worked as the chief specialist of the youth policy department of the East Kazakhstan region. From 2015, she worked as a chief specialist, from March 2017 - the head of the administrative and financial department, from October 2018 - the head of the financial division of The Department of culture, archives and documentation of the East Kazakhstan region.
