Biography
Narimanov Serikzhan was born on July 12, 1994 in the village of Kasim Kaysenov of the Ulan region of the East Kazakhstan region. He is Kazakh. H e has got a higher education in 2016 with a degree in Customs, Kazakh-American Free University, and with a Master of Law in 2017 .

He began his career in June 2017 as a senior bailiff of the Ulan district court of the village of K. Kaysenov, Ulan region.
Since November 2017, he worked as the chief specialist of the administrative department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption in the East Kazakhstan Region.
Since September 2018, he has been the chief specialist of the civil service control department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the East Kazakhstan Region.
From March 2020 to the present, he has been working as the head of the administrative and legal department of the State Institution “Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the East Kazakhstan Region”.
